Getting Started

1. Access Your Account

DealCoach is accessed through Whop. After purchasing your subscription on Whop, click "View Product" to launch the app. Your account is automatically created using your Whop credentials.

2. Navigate the Dashboard

The main dashboard provides quick access to:

  • AI Analysis: Instant deal evaluation and underwriting
  • Calculators: MAO, rehab costs, cash flow projections
  • My Pipeline: Track and manage your saved deals
  • RE Glossary: Learn terminology with gamified quizzes
  • Leaderboard: See top performers in the community

3. Analyze Your First Deal

To analyze a property:

  1. Click "AI Analysis" or "Analyze" from the dashboard
  2. Enter the property address, asking price, and ARV (after-repair value)
  3. Add details like bed/bath count, square footage, and condition
  4. Submit for instant AI-powered analysis
  5. Review the deal score, classification, and recommendations

Frequently Asked Questions

How accurate are the AI valuations?

DealCoach uses AI to provide estimated valuations based on the data you input. However, these are educational estimates only—not professional appraisals. Always verify with local comps, licensed appraisers, and market research before making offers.

Can I export my deal history?

Currently, deals are saved in your account and viewable in "My Pipeline." Export functionality is planned for a future update. You can manually save analysis reports by copying them.

What's the difference between Wholesale and Flip classifications?

Wholesale Deal: Large spread (typically $15k+) with minimal work needed. Good for quick assignment to cash buyers.

Flip Candidate: Property needs significant rehab but offers strong ARV upside. Better suited for investors with capital and renovation experience.

How do I contact support?

For DealCoach-specific questions, reach out to your community creator through Whop. For billing/subscription issues, contact Whop Support.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll lose access to DealCoach features. Your data may be retained for a short period in case you resubscribe.

Can I use this on mobile?

Yes! DealCoach is fully responsive and works on mobile browsers. For the best experience, we recommend using it on a tablet or desktop when analyzing deals.
