When you sign up through Whop, we collect basic account information including your username, email address, and profile information provided by the Whop authentication system.

We retain your account and deal data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription or delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we're required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management (7-day expiration). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
We use your browser's local storage to save deals when our servers are temporarily unavailable (offline mode). This data is stored only on your device and is automatically synced to our servers when connectivity is restored. You can clear this data anytime through your browser settings. We also store your theme preference (light/dark mode) locally.
DealCoach is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the platform or via email. Continued use of DealCoach after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of discovering the breach, as required by GDPR. Notification will include the nature of the breach, the data affected, and steps we're taking to address it. We will also notify relevant data protection authorities.
Your data may be stored and processed in the United States and European Union through our service providers (Upstash Redis, Anthropic). These transfers comply with GDPR requirements through appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses and provider certifications.
