Platform Content: All content, features, and functionality of DealCoach (including software, algorithms, text, graphics, and logos) are owned by the Platform creator and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Your Data: You retain ownership of the property data you submit. By using the Platform, you grant us a license to use your data to provide the service and improve our algorithms.
AI-Generated Content: Analysis reports and recommendations generated by our AI are provided for your personal use. You may not redistribute them commercially.
Billing: All payments are processed by Whop. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and payment methods are managed through your Whop account.
Refunds: Refund policies are determined by the community creator and Whop's platform policies. Contact the creator or Whop support for refund requests.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through Whop. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DealCoach, its creators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of others.
Your use of DealCoach is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modifications or discontinuation of service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
